Store Policies


Ordering from is easy and secure. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Our payments are processed through a secure third party so we do not receive your credit card details when you place an order.


*Production time

Some items are Ready-made (ready to ship) while some are Made-to-Order. Please refer to individual item listings to determine whether your item is Ready-made or Made-to-Order.  


Ready-made items will ship within 1-5 business days.


Made-to-Order are items created just for you when you place your order, so please allow 2-5 weeks for the creation and shipping of your piece. If you need your piece sooner than the expected time frame please contact me as soon as you place your order. I cannot guarantee the ability to rush your order but I will try! Rush orders may incur a fee which will vary depending on your order. 


Custom orders are designed and created through a collaborative process. This entire process could take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks or possibly longer depending on design. When you start the Custom Design process please provide your time frame and we will work together to get it finished within that time.



I offer free shipping on all orders over $350 within the US with insurance and tracking.

All shipping is done via FedEx Insured and may require a signature if the value of the package exceeds $400. You will be provided a tracking number when your order ships. If you cannot be there to sign for your package you can manage your delivery through FedEx Delivery Manager.



If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me so that we can work it out together.


Ready-made and Made-to-Order: if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be in their original state: unworn and unaltered. Please contact us prior to sending your jewelry back at Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we highly recommend you insure your package. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.  



Since my work is not mass-produced I cannot accept returns on custom pieces. If you are unhappy with your piece please contact me at




All jewelry is covered by a one year warranty which covers the cost of all repairs under normal wear for the first year after purchase. However if your piece shows damage beyond normal wear-and-tear or evidence of improper care I will make repairs at a cost. 

After the first year all repairs will be done for a reasonable fee. Please note that if any jeweler other than myself makes any alterations or repairs to your jewelry (including resizing), your warranty will be voided and additional fees may apply. 

I will resize your ring one time without a fee. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to and from my studio for repair services and alterations.
